No. You don’t need a licence or any previous jet ski experience. Our guides provide a safety briefing and demonstration before every tour, making our experiences suitable for first-time riders.

Children aged 5 years and over can participate as passengers when accompanied by a responsible adult. Drivers must be at least 16 years of age to ride solo. Drivers under 18 years of age may only carry a passenger who is 18 years or older.

Yes. Our jet skis can accommodate up to two people, with a maximum combined weight of
180kg. -
Yes. All participants should have basic swimming ability and be comfortable in and around the water. Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times during the tour.

Wear swimwear or casual clothes that you don’t mind getting wet. We recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes for after your tour. We also provide wetsuit tops on cooler days.

Yes. For safety and performance reasons, there is a maximum combined weight limit of 180kg per jet ski. If you have any questions about rider suitability, please contact us before booking.

We will only cancel a tour if weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe. In this instance, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled tour.
Rest assured, we closely monitor weather forecasts, radar, and sea conditions on an ongoing basis, as the safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority.

Yes. However, we recommend using a waterproof device or waterproof case. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while on tour. All jet skis have a sealed glovebox compartment for phones and small personal items.

Our tours regularly encounter dolphins, seals, rays, fish, and seabirds. During whale season (September to November), you may also spot migrating whales. As wildlife is wild and unpredictable, sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Unfortunately, no. For safety and insurance reasons, guests are not permitted to ride on the guide’s jet ski.

No. We do not offer jet ski hire (“dry hire”). All of our experiences are guided tours led by
experienced local guides. -
Yes. All tours must be booked in advance. We recommend booking early, particularly during peak holiday periods, as tour availability can be limited and sessions often sell out.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if they cancel their booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure time are not eligible for a refund or credit.

How we minimise our environmental impact
- Low-emission WaveRunners. Our modern Yamaha WaveRunners use fuel-efficient four-stroke engines with low emissions.
- Designed with marine life in mind. Unlike boats with exposed propellers, jet skis have no external propellers beneath the water, helping reduce the risk to marine life.
- Minimal wake. Our WaveRunners produce very little wash, helping protect the coastline and creating a more enjoyable experience on the water.
- No anchors or antifouling. Our tours don’t require anchors in the marine park and our jet skis don’t use antifouling paints that can affect marine environments.
- Environmental education. Your guide shares fascinating insights into the local coastline, wildlife and the importance of protecting this unique environment.
